I had been having lower back pain for as long as I can remember I felt the pain as soon as I woke up and it did not get better throughout the day. The pain affected my legs as well, they would get numb and my neck would feel sore. After a few treatments, I began to feel greater motion in my back and neck and the pain was relieved.
For over 30 years I have had to take an antihistamine and approximately three Excedrin every morning. Since doing the brain based therapy, I have not had a headache or any of the above for over eight days. Also, since my M.D. has taken me off Imitrex for my migraines, I have not only NOT suffered a migraine, but my blood pressure has gone down to normal also because of the brain therapy. Because of this Brain Based Therapy, I have not suffered headaches, allergies, dizziness, blurry vision, indigestion. Thank you Doctors!
After several weeks of lower back pain and sharp pain in back of my left leg, I can now sleep through the night. By using the decompression table and adjustments, it really works. I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you for giving me my life back!
After years of suffering from fibromyalgia and trying everything for the chronic joint and muscle pain, I tried neprinol and had great success. The pain is gone most of the time. And with my regular chiropractic visits I am getting back my quality of life. This stuff is great. Within a couple of weeks, there was a difference.
I was diagnosed probably 12 years ago. I suffered for 5 years before the diagnosis. I thought that everyone had sensitive points on the inside of the knees and on top of my shoulders. The symptoms I was experiencing were ; irritable bowel, pain throughout my body, tenderness, Reynauds syndrome, referred pain patterns, sleep issues, numbness in hands and shoulders, and was very frustrated. So, I bought a book on Fibromyagalia and took it to my doctor. My doctor said that I most likely had it, and prescribed me with Elavil, for sleeping and to help cope with the pain. Norgesic Forte was used for the pain. I started out taking 1 a day and it got to the point were I was taking 1 three times a day. If I didn’t take the medicines that were prescribed, I was in severe pain, and it was extremely hard to function at work. I saw my mom suffer from this and I didn’t want to get as bad as her. Her pain was intolerable. She was very depressed. The other chiropractors I went to had a brief relief effect. They backed down the visits after I got some relief and then it would start up again. I decided to come to Valentine Chiropractic because I was tired of the pain. Just the other day I was so surprised that I could harvest fruit, I felt so good I picked oranges, grapefruits and tangerines for two hours, The next day I did not have the pain I was expecting. Thank you Valentine Chiropractic and your special care! Sincerely,
I have suffered from debilitating headaches for 20 years with no explanation of cause. They would last for 7 to 10 days with no relief from medications. Now I have been headache free for 4 weeks for the first time in my life! Thanks to Valentine Chiropractic, Spread the Word!
When I started coming to the office, I had been suffering with terrible headaches for 15 days out of every month. After 6 months of agony, I was referred to Valentine Chiropractic. On the day of my first adjustment, the headache I walked in with completely disappeared. My quality of life has improved so tremendously, and I can’t imagine where I’d be without Valentine Chiropractic. Thank you!!

IN IMPROVING YOUR
QUALITY OF LIFE
Chiropractic: A system of diagnosis and treatment based on the nervous system's coordination of all the body's functions, and that disease results from a lack of normal nerve communication. Chiropractic employs adjustments of bony structures, such as the spinal column, so that pressure on nerves coming from the spinal cord due to misalignment (subluxation) of a vertebral body will be relieved. Our experience is that the misalignment and nerve pressure can cause problems not only in the local area, but also at some distance from it. Chiropractic treatment is effective for muscle spasms of the back and neck, tension headaches, and leg pain (sciatica).
Chronic pain by definition is any pain that lasts for more than three months. The pain can become progressively worse and reoccur intermittently, outlasting the usual healing process (12-16 weeks). After injured tissue heals, pain is expected to stop once the underlying cause is treated, according to conventional ideas of pain. However, chronic pain can persist after injuries heal due to abnormal scar tissue formation. The most common sources of chronic pain include low back, neck, headaches and arthritic pain. Chronic pain can cause significant psychological and emotional trauma and often limits an individual’s ability to function normally, many times leading to addiction of pain killers (opiates).
Nonsurgical spinal decompression for cervical , lumbar disc bulges/herniations/spinal stenosis is a type of computerized traction that helps relieve pain. Spinal decompression works by algorithmically stretching the spine, thus decompressing the disc and enhancing overall spinal function. This change takes pressure off the spinal disks, which are gel-like cushions between the bones in your spine, by creating negative pressure in the disc. As a result, bulging or herniated disks may retract, taking pressure off nerves and other structures in your spine. This in turn, helps promote movement of water, oxygen, and nutrient-rich fluids into the disks so they can heal.
Massage therapy is manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments) to enhance a person’s health and well-being. There are dozens of types of massage therapy methods (also called modalities). People seek massage therapy for a variety of reasons – to reduce stress and anxiety, relax muscles, rehabilitate injuries, reduce pain, and promote overall health and wellness. Rehabilitative massage – also known as deep tissue, is available option in our office.
Our unique nutritional approach is an integrative, science-based healthcare approach that treats illness and promotes wellness by focusing on our body's bio-chemically unique aspects, and then individually tailoring interventions to restore physiological, psychological, and structural balance. We focus on identifying the underlying contributing factors leading to poor health, such as genetics, environmental toxins, molds, bacterial/viral, and possible fungal exposures. Our unique health approach addresses the cause of the problem, not just masking the symptoms.
Our Valentine Method of spinal rehabilitation encompasses a combination of passive and active therapeutic exercises designed for maximum and accelerated healing response time. It is a combination of rehabilitative exercises transformed over our 30 plus years of favorable clinical responses.
